I worked very hard all my life in manufacturing Industries and while I was a specialize machinist and a tool maker in the booming aircraft Industries of Quebec /CANADA this heavy work weakened my spinal column, one day I lifted a heavy weight and at least one of my lumbar disk ruptured. As you may know, this severe medical condition is a emergency for a surgery to minimize the neurologic deficits associated with this type of injury.

After a positive CT-Scan medical imagery that showed the lumbar disk hernias, my doctor diagnosed a double discal hernias with bilateral sciatica (important key words here), this diagnosis that have been accepted by a written decision of the Quebec CSST (CSST mean in French ''Commission de la santé et sécurité du travail'') the governmental agency that have the authority and the mandate to ''repair'' and take care of the Quebec injured workers. But few days later, the CSST started a contestation of their own decision.

The CSST civil servant Robert BOULERICE send me to a medical examination made by a corrupt and criminal doctor (Paul MAILHOT orthopedist) that they pay generously who denied the hernias and conclude to a simple healed lumbar twist even if the medical and scientific imagery scanner showed two discal hernias.

Then, just for the ''show and illusion of democracy'' an other doctor had to decide between my doctor diagnosis and the government doctor opinion. This is where thing came very dirty and criminal, my CSST agent (Robert BOULERICE) FALSIFIED the diagnosis of my doctor and submit to the medical arbitrator a false question to obtain a false answer ! Criminal doctor Louis E. ROY neurologist ''play'' the game and declare my illegally fit to work with a healed lumbar twist !

So the Quebec criminal CSST forced me to go back to work, stop the payment of revenue replacement and stop the medical treatments.

For ten full weeks (42 1/2 hours a week) I had to work on aircraft parts that weighted from 100 to 125 pounds (45 to 57 kilos) while I was ''supposed to by in a surgery room in emergency. Please believe me, this is real torture and lots of unnecessary heavy pain. In fact this crime of torture created a trauma to my spine cord and created an aggravation by compressing my spine cord. After many and many years of ''battle'' in court I obtain an anatomic deficit of 97% but no judges wanted to statute of the government crime of falsification of my diagnosis, nor my Human RIGHTS ''warranted'' by the Charter of rights and liberty of Quebec. This is total corruption committed by the accomplice judges that protect the organize crime of the government

I made a complaint to the ''Collège des médecins du Québec'' ''Our mission: Quality medicine at the service of the public'' but they are a bunch of criminal liars that also protect the Quebec organize crime. They did not see anything wrong making me disable for life... They are criminal prostitute just like a Canadian corrupt politicians.

So I sued in civil court the two crooks doctors that cheated and lied and produce false diagnosis for the benefit of the government, but accomplice and criminal judge Hélène POULIN j.c.s. also saw nothing wrong by making me disable for life. JUSTICE, DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS are only an illusion in the kingdom of frauds, torture and corruption of the Canadian and Quebec governments, this is even worst than corruption it's criminal governmental prostitution and dictature, (kind of Adolf HITLER).

Over the years I made hundred's of complaints to the United Nations, to the crooks Louise ARBOUR, Navanethem Pillay and Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein High Commissioner's for Human Rights (OHCHR) but no one even and ever reply ... they are to busy with corrupt Stephen HARPER and Justin TRUDEAU Canadian prime ministers sucking free millions of dollars from them (from us taxpayers) for their illicit and criminal operations. I also made many criminal complaints to the Quebec provincial POLICE (Sûreté du Québec, SQ) and to the RCMP (Royal Canadian mounted police) to find out that Martin PRUD'HOMME (Quebec SQ chef) and Bob Paulson (Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police) that they are both above the law and they close their eyes on this crime protecting the corruption and the criminality of the governments, even if the crime of torture is a serious one that put in jeopardy the life and the physical integrity of the citizens.

Invited by Mr. François REBELLO to the Quebec national assembly I had the chance to meet Mr. Luc MEUNIER (he was then president of the CSST) and I asked him to meet him in his office and a month or two later I meet Mr. MEUNIER with two directors and for an hour (or so) I expose to them all the irregularity's that made me disable for life, while the two directors agreed on my ''story'' Mr. MEUNIER offer me official excuses. He wrote in his judgment that if I erase my web site I could ask to be free after one full month in jail. See how corrupt is our justice system... total corruption. It's been recognize by the CSST (Quebec government) that I'm suffering from a cauda equina syndrome with 97% anatomical deficit, this syndrome include a neurogenic intestine and a neurogenic bladder and others disorders, as many of the medical papers prognostic are showing, my severe bladder condition evolve in a bladder cancer and 11 month ago I have been hospitalize for a month and a half, my urologist had to removed my bladder for a incurable cancer and my prostate as prevention, chemotherapy and radiotherapy was not even a choice due to the severity of the cancer adding more physical integrity deficits to the one I already had.
