Q. - What happened to me ? 

A. - Back in 1993, while at work as a toolmaker and skilled machinist in the aerospace Industries, two lumbar disks (L4-L5 & L5-S1) ruptured working with a vise that weighted about 45 pounds. I went out of my first visit to a Medical clinic (emergency) with a diagnosis of lumbar twist with bilateral sciatica. The doctor appointed me immediately to a scanner witch show two discal hernies at L4-L5 & L5-S1, so the second diagnosis (and all others from this doctor) became  :  Lumbar twist over two discal hernies at L4-L5 & L5-S1 ....   Please note that a lumbar twist is common, frequent and we don't become disable from a ''small'' lumbar twist.  However, discal hernias are already a big step over and this medical condition is to be treated seriously. On top of this, the most critic and ''dangerous'' case is the ruptured disk witch is usually a red flag in the medical community especially when the ''BILATERAL SCIATICA'' is present .... this mean .... Wake up .... EMERGENCY .... SURGERY ROOM .... immediately .... hours counts.... to avoid permanent neurologic deficits creating neuropathic severe and untreatable pain for life and worst, neurologic damages to many organs function. We are talking ''vital organs here''  

By law, Quebec CSST (or CNESST... now) have the mandate to ''fix'' labor injury, including medical treatments, physiotherapy, accessory such as wheelchairs ... this kind of thing and revenue replacement. This is not a big ''SECRET'' but usually the doctors who work for the government have a strong tendency to ''destroy'' the medical diagnosis of the treating doctor ... steeling the rights of the injured worker, the government save, the employers save money and garnish the election slush fund ... and frequently illegally we learn from the Charbonneau Commission about ''brown envelopes'' circulating.  (Of course Mr. Brian MULRONEY is more fancy than brown paper envelopes, he like real leather suitcase that smell good).

The CSST render a first decision accepting the claim of my doctor : ''Lumbar twist over a double discal hernias at L4-L5 & L5-S1.

A brilliant CSST office doctor who never meet meet me from the CSST (Laval) Dr. Benoit FLEURY immediately recognize the gravity of the damages ... so few days later he started a theory of '' personal arthritic condition '' and the CSST send me to to examine by doctor Paul MAILHOT orthopedist suggesting him the theory, a retire orthopedist who make ''expertise'' to bring a little more cash every week. Corrupt and criminal Paul MAILHOT obey to the ''theory of arthritic condition'' and reported that I was suit to go to work having suffer from a personal condition not related to the function of a machinist... Of course this is bull shit from a crook doctor of the government who clearly want to escape his legal obligation. In clear .... VERY CLEAR .... this is TOTAL 100 % criminal prostitution from a doctor who lie, cheat, fake... a real corrupt  fucker, but nothing new with insurers ... With most insurers the free application is ''100 %warranty'' but the payment are an other story.... you know what I'm talking about.

Then ... this happend .... As the law say ... if a diagnosis from a treating doctor is different than the one from the CSST doctor, to give the illusion of neutrality amd impartiality an other doctor from the : '' Bureau d'Évaluation Médicale '' (or BEM) ''act'' as a arbitrator between the two diagnosis.

The civil servant of the Quebec CSST name Robert BOULERICE responsible of my case FALSIFIED the medical diagnosis of my doctor (the two discal hernias and ''important damage'' disappears leaving only the lumbar twist.   This is already a crime, the falsification of a medical diagnosis or a document is a crime of criminal negligence ....

So Doctor Louis E. ROY neurologist of the BEM had to statues between a diagnosis of a lumbar twist versus a diagnosis of a lumbar twist from Paul MAILHOT CSST doctor... can you see anything wrong here ?  This is a crime

I end up with a new CSST decision saying, suit to to work, no more medical treatments no more revenue replacement ... go back to work...

Well, well, well, I had no choice, it was more than a year to wait for an appeal in front a administrative court. Walking with the spine as a ''S'' , walking on four legs (an expression) tears of pain in my eyes for ten (10) weeks (42 and 1/2 hours) I was forced by my employer to work with part that average weighted was 100 to 125 pounds... Simply say it's been a scene of TORTURE ... The now scientifically proven ruptured disks did compress my spine cord creating irreversible and permanent very serious damages... in fact I have been declare disable for life back in 1995 by the provincial ''Régie des rentes du Québec''.

Please note that every thing I write to you is easily proven by simple Internet link into my web site, but almost every thing is in French. I'm too small to lie against government, police, court, lawyers, doctors etc.. please look at this fact... My spine cord compression and severe traumatism is call a ''cauda equina syndrome'' causing neurologic deficits to the bladder, a neurologic intestine  and damage to the genital organs. Most medical papers on the neurogenic bladder say to watch for a bladder cancer evolution (25 % more chance than others) and last September 14, 2015 I had a surgery to remove my cancerous bladder and the prostate as prevention ... cool, I love it.

During theses civil procedure in superior court, the crook lawyer mane Me Luc CÔTÉ from the CSST made a perjury (on more crime) and the corrupt judge name Gaétan DUMAS j.c.s. was please to (he knew the frauds here) to fine me for $5,000.00, with tree month of jail and I receive the obligation to close my old web site who shoe to the world the evidences, the facts and the proofs of the crimes committed by the Quebec government.
